Acquired with the aim of creating office spaces, we transformed this former school into the palatial setting for Scotch & Soda’s marketing and design departments. Beyond the imposing facade you’ll find a light interior. Smooth marble and herringbone parquet deck the hallways and rooms, set alight by bright copper detailing. We opened up spaces with glass frames while maintaining an intimate atmosphere. With De Bruynvis we both preserved the property’s character and tailored it for and with Scotch & Soda.
