As Wanders' new Design House, the space will host studios and offices for forward-thinking professionals.

The building’s exterior retains its classical charm, with antiquity-inspired white tympanums, columns, and pilasters. Inside, however, we are completely reimagining the interiors, introducing modern elements such as a striking new stairwell, all in harmony with Marcel Wanders’ signature design vision. This transformation will breathe new life into the historic structure, merging timeless elegance with contemporary creativity.
