Much of this street used to be closed up garages for the grand houses on the adjacent Herengracht. We saw the potential, however, and transformed this backside into a frontside. Opening up the heavy facade with floor to ceiling glass, showcasing a redesigned interior. Original brick walls combine with concrete and steel elements to give the space an industrial feel. Finding the perfect tenant in VICE, the multilevel building now houses their Benelux HQ. It includes meeting rooms, workspaces and lounge areas. With the Reguliersdwarsstraat, we acquired and developed a hidden gem into a front office.
